FAQs:

Q:  Do you take insurance?

A:  Dr. Adare is considered out-of-network for most insurance panels.  You are responsible for the full amount at your visit and may then submit an out-of-network claim to your insurer.  Please contact your insurer regarding your out-of-network benefits and deductible. I cannot see medicare patients.

Q:  Do you charge for cancellations?

A:  Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 business hours of your appointment will incur a charge for the full amount of the appointment.  Cancellations and rescheduling with greater than 24 business hours notice will incur no charge.

Adult consultation

Initial Evaluation- $400

During this 60 minute appointment, I will complete a thorough intake of your history, better understand your goals, and determine the need for a further medical workup if necessary.

Extended Follow Up Appointments (50 min)- $310

Follow Up Appointments (25 min)- $205

After an initial evaluation, if we mutually decide I might be of help to you, typical 25 minute sessions follow as we work as a team to accomplish your goals.

Coordination of care- $75 per 15 minutes

At times, offering the best service means that Dr. Adare is communicating with your other physicians, therapist, or insurance companies. While short phone calls will not be charged, communication taking longer than 15 minutes will be billed at Dr. Adare’s rate as above, in 15 minute increments.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Intake- $475

During this 75 minute appointment, I will complete a thorough intake of your child’s history and better understand your and your child’s goals. Depending on the child’s age/willingness, I will interview your child and you separately in order to form the most complete picture possible.

Extended Follow Up Appointments (50 min)- $345
